A Matrix Home Imaging Representative will contact you to schedule your appointment.    For agents, it is advisable to have the property owners sign a disclosure form acknowledging their understanding of the use and availability of the tour.   for a downloadable disclosure form.
Matrix Home Imaging Photography - Terms and Conditions
1.  Selection of Shots Taken

Photography is a very personal art form.  Everyone views the world from a slightly different perspective.  In addition, the wide angle camera lens may not be able to capture what your eyes see.

To help ensure that Matrix Home Imaging captures the images that you are expecting, we request the following:
A. If you will be meeting the photographer, they will be more than happy to review the shots prior to completing their work.
B. If the job is a self entry, please make sure to communicate, when you place your order, the shots you wish the photographer to capture.

PLEASE NOTE - A return fee may apply should Matrix Home Imaging be requested to reshoot a home if the agent's image requests were not made known, (see A, B above).

2.  Turnaround Time

High resolution copies of the still photography will be available for download from Matrix Home Imaging' online image center within 24 hours after the property is shot.

Virtual tours will be produced within  2 to 3 business days  from the time it was shot. The tour and still image posting service is completed when the virtual tour is produced. (i.e. placing images on NTREIS, Realtor.com,...) Notification of the tour's completion will be delivered to your e-mail address. You will receive an E-Card containing a link to the Virtual Tour. This E-Card is designed to be used as an online marketing brochure, and can be forward to potential clients.

Should you select to display the virtual tour on Realtor.com, Posting will be completed automatically if the MLS number was provided at the time of the order.

3.  Weather & Lighting

Matrix Home Imaging will consider a scheduled appointment "A GO" if it is overcast, unless a "Sunny Day" is requested at the time of scheduling. On days where it is raining, please call the Matrix Home Imaging office if you DO NOT wish to move forward with the scheduled appointment. The photographer assigned to do the shoot is also instructed to contact the agent to determine if the job will move forward as scheduled. - The DFW Metroplex covers a very large area. It may be raining in one area, and clear in another.

Architectural photography is dependant upon the location and intensity of the sun at the time of the shoot. Both outside and inside photos may be affected by the amount and strength of available sunlight. When scheduling photography appointments please consider the physical nature and orientation of the home and how available lighting will influence the images taken. Matrix Home Imaging will work to accommodate requests for shoots at specific times of the day to make the most of available lighting.

PLEASE NOTE- A return fee may apply should Matrix Home Imaging be requested to reshoot a home because of the affects of weather or natural lighting.

4.  Cancellations

Matrix Home Imaging respects that homes may not be ready for shooting as expected when the tour was scheduled. As soon as you become aware that a home is not ready, as scheduled, call the Matrix Home Imaging office so we can notify the photographer and set up another appointment time.

PLEASE NOTE - A $25.00 fee will apply on jobs canceled within ONE HOUR of their appointed time, or if the photographer is unable to gain entry/shoot a home. (i.e. lockbox not working, key missing, or power out)

5.  Return Visits

If a return visit(s) is required to finish a shoot as originally ordered, due to the property not being completely ready, and return fee will apply. This fee will be based upon the amount of photography required on the subsequent visit(s).

6.  Payment

Please Note - Matrix Home Imaging operates on a fee for service basis, all monies owed are payable upon the completion of the tour, irregardless of the sale of the home. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Scheduling requests WILL NOT be confirmed without a valid credit card on file with Matrix Home Imaging.

Photographers ARE NOT responsible for taking payment information in the field. If you wish to provide/modify your account information, please call the Matrix Home Imaging office directly.

7.  Support & Hosting

Virtual tours are managed by Matrix Home Imaging through our relationship with VRGuild for a period of 24 months from the time of production. Should there be a need to keep a tour active beyond 24 months, it can be renewed for an additional 24 months for a small $25.00 fee. A notification e-mail is sent a month prior to the end of the 24 month period, if the tour is still receiving traffic. In addition, the status of tours can be monitored via Matrix Home Imaging' Client Portal.
